The returned goods should be properly secured and packed and sent to the above-mentioned address. Shipments sent to us in the form of "cash on delivery" will not be received.

RETURNS
In accordance with the law, each customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the package. The condition for the return is to return the product intact with the receipt, tags and the completed return form. We return the money to the bank account within 14 working days of receiving the return shipment. Shipments sent to us in the form of "cash on delivery" will not be received.
